How can I open a trade account?

To open a trade account, please fill out our contact form including the following information.

  • Business Name
  • Contact Name
  • Contact information (email and phone number)
  • Products you are interested in
  • VAT number (if applicable)

A member of our sales team will then get back to you within 2 business days.

How do I get my log in details?

Each customer must be set up individually online by our trade team. If you would like access to our online store, please contact us with the following information to get set up.

  • Business name / account number
  • Purchaser name
  • Purchaser email
  • Purchaser phone number

We aim to get all customers set up with online access within 2 working days.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We aim to get all orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon out for overnight delivery so you can receive your goods the next working day. Orders placed after this time will take 2 working days to be delivered*.

Where can you ship to?

We have the ability to ship all over the world, but are experts in distribution within Ireland and the rest of Europe.

Stock

A product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

Please contact us for an estimated delivery date on out of stock items. For those customers who qualify, we can offer a back-ordering service to ensure you get your items quicker.

You can also register for back in stock notifications on an individual product basis through our website.

Can I request a custom product?

Through our parent company, Supreme PLC, we are able to work with some of the best factories in the world to produce custom products for our customers**. Products can be developerd under one of our well-known liscenced brands, as a white label product, or under your own brand, depending on your circumstances.

Pricing

The price I see online isn't what I have paid previously?

All of our pricing is linked to our internal systems, meaning each customer see's their custom pricing once they have logged on. If you can see an error with your pricing, please contact your sales representative who will be able to look in to this for you.

Why can't I see any prices?

This is a trade website where all prices are tailored to individual customers, therefor you must be logged on before you can view any prices.
